Responsibilities:
Secretarial Duties:
- Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Maintaining filing systems, data entry, and handling confidential information.
- Assisting in office management tasks and supporting other departments as needed.
Graphic Design Duties:
- Designing digital and print materials such as brochures, social media posts, website banners, logos, and advertisements.
- Creating engaging visual content for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding.
- Managing multiple design projects and ensuring timely delivery.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends and applying new tools and techniques.
Skills
- Proven experience in both administrative roles and graphic design.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for secretarial tasks.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After effect, video editing) for graphic design tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creativity and attention to detail for design work.
