- Your daily duties will include overseeing the restaurant's operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff schedules, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining inventory control.
- You will also be required to implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum 2 years as Restaurant manager is required.
- Experience in a fast food restaurant set up is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations and management.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and during weekends.
