Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Doha.

  • As a natural leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while managing service on the floor.
  • Your daily duties will include overseeing the restaurant's operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff schedules, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining inventory control.
  • You will also be required to implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Minimum 2 years as Restaurant manager is required.
  • Experience in a fast food restaurant set up is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations and management.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and during weekends.
