Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in back office support, with a preference for candidates with experience in the fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and data management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive partnerships.
  • Adept at quickly identifying and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Methodical and systematic in tracking and reporting tasks, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preffered in Marketing or similar,
  • Proven experience in sales account management
  • Excellent customer service and sales support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
