We are looking for a Technical Service Delivery Manager (infra and network experience) with a service management experience to be part of our Qatar Team.
Total years of experience between 8 to 10 years.
Nationality: Arabic preferred.
Package: Between 20,000- 25,000 QR depending on experience can go above budget depending on experience and qualification.
Accountabilities:
- Handle and Responsible for IT Infrastructure related to assigned project/client.
- Analyze Infrastructure Project requirements for clients and established a service network
- Lead project team for client services for hardware and desktop support.
- Responsible for Infrastructure Team for new business setups and Service Mgt.
- Manage IT Support services through structured Service Mgt. strategies.
- Audit and monitor the Network Links as per SLAs.
- Planned , Designed and implemented Disaster Recovery Centre.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience in Service Delivery Domain managing large teams.
- Proven experience in Service Delivery Domain managing large teams (At least one large projects )– Infrastructure – Active Directory – Exchange – Cisco.
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Well driven experience at OLA’S – SLA’S- Project Budgeting / Planning.
Required certifications are:
- ITIL expert or ITIL MP.
- PMP minimum.
- Azure certified.
- At least one MCSE (any MCSE 2003,MCITP,MCSE 2012…).
- Preferred to have a CCNP minimum.
- Preferred to have CISM.
- Bachelor of computer science or similar.
