We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals with a good understanding of technology and computer proficiency to join our team as Customer Service Executives. This role does not require prior experience, but candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. Applicants must be currently residing in Qatar.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and strategies.
  • Stay updated with company services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.


Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of technology and proficiency with computers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Must be residing in Qatar.
