Skills
Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪ Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
▪ Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing techniques.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
▪ Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Qatar is a plus.
