Job Details

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation to ensure a seamless joining experience.

  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, employment certificates, and other HR correspondence.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR Information Systems (HRIS) while ensuring confidentiality.

  • Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including probation, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and offboarding.

  • Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, leave administration, and other company benefit programs.

  • Provide payroll support by ensuring accurate employee data, attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs are submitted within required timelines.

  • Coordinate visa applications, employment contract renewals, work permits, and immigration documentation in compliance with Qatar regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law, company policies, and internal HR procedures.

  • Support performance management activities, including appraisal coordination, performance documentation, and follow-up actions.

  • Assist in managing employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and HR communication activities.

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, recruitment metrics, headcount reports, turnover analysis, and other workforce analytics for management.

  • Liaise with government authorities, recruitment agencies, medical providers, insurance companies, travel agencies, and other external stakeholders.

  • Support HR process improvements, policy implementation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • 5–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, EPC, Engineering, or Construction sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, payroll support, and offboarding.

  • Good understanding of Qatar Labour Law, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Experience managing employment contracts, visa processing, work permits, and immigration documentation.

  • Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Experience supporting multicultural workforces in a fast-paced operational environment is highly desirable.
