Roles & Responsibilities
Meter Readers shall perform meter reading, basic disconnection/reconnection, and inspection activities as per requirements.
Collect meter readings as per defined cycles.
Perform water valve and MCCB disconnection where authorized
Capture photographic evidence and update system records
Identify abnormal readings and report irregularities
Support unauthorized consumption detection
Desired Candidate Profile
High School / Diploma
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in meter reading or field services
Basic understanding of electrical and water systems
Ability to use handheld devices and reporting tools
