Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender processes, including bid preparation, pricing strategy, and tender submissions.

• Manage contract negotiations and oversee high-value contracts to ensure timely execution and delivery.

• Analyze market trends, develop forecasts, and apply data-driven strategies to improve commercial performance.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives.

• Ensure contract profitability through strategic planning and financial analysis.

• Use tendering tools and contract management systems to support operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree and Masters with LLB or any Law based educational background.

• 5–7 years of total experience and at least and 3+ Years of managerial experience is required.

• Procurement, tendering, contract management, and commercial roles.

• Preferably within manpower services, staffing, or recruitment sectors.

Skills Required :

• Expertise in tendering tools and contract management systems

• Strong financial planning and analysis capabilities Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
