We are hiring for entry-level to early-career Legal Researcher / Paralegal roles within our Legal Department. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a leading Qatari organization.
Role Overview
As a Legal Researcher / Paralegal, you will work closely with the Legal Department to support the business across a wide range of legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters. You will assist with legal research, drafting, document review, compliance support, and legal administration, gaining hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations within a leading Qatari organization. This position reports directly to the General Counsel.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career legal professionals who are eager to develop practical legal and compliance skills and build a long-term in‑house legal career.
Academic Background
Candidates should have a strong foundation in core legal subjects typically aligned with in‑house legal and compliance practice, including coursework in several of the following areas:Contract Law Commercial or Business Law Company / Corporate Law Civil Law Administrative and Regulatory Law Public Procurement and Tenders Law Labor and Employment Law Compliance, Corporate Governance, or Regulatory Frameworks Legal Research and Legal Writing

Ideal Candidates
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a relevant discipline with a minimum GPA of 3Strong knowledge of compliance principles, regulatory frameworks, and corporate governance Arabic speaker with strong legal drafting and communication skills Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Enthusiastic about contributing to Qatar Vision 2030
