We are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-presented
Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative
support. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for
visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front
office environment in line with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, contractors, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Handle visitor registration, security passes, and access coordination in compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide basic administrative support.
- Maintain logs and records of visitors and correspondence.
- Support office administration tasks such as document filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Liaise with internal departments for visitor approvals and scheduling.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Requirements- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer, preferably in a corporate or oil & gas environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
