We are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-presented
Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative
support. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for
visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front
office environment in line with corporate standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors, contractors, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Handle visitor registration, security passes, and access coordination in compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide basic administrative support.
  • Maintain logs and records of visitors and correspondence.
  • Support office administration tasks such as document filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Liaise with internal departments for visitor approvals and scheduling.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer, preferably in a corporate or oil & gas environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
