Primary Purpose of the JobDeliver contracts, direct orders and payable agreements as required in the Directorate. Support contracts management and administration at both pre and post award phases. Provide costs estimation services
Required Experience and Skills• At least 15 years of relevant experience including experience in contracting and procurement, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry environment with at least 8 years at Team Leader level.
• Strong appreciation of legal and contractual concepts.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong motivation, supervisory, leadership, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral English.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and SAP systems.
Educational QualificationsInternationally recognized university degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce or other related fields.
