Responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with business strategy. The role covers market benchmarking, job evaluation, workforce planning, annual compensation cycles, and rewards administration, while maintaining accurate job documentation, system updates, and compliance. It also contributes to HR policy development, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination with HRBPs, consultants, and business stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
• Review compensation and benefits across business units, departments, employee groups, and grades.
• Recommend changes to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Conduct individual salary analysis to support change requests.
Market Benchmarking
• Organize and participate in market surveys and benchmarking exercises.
• Liaise with consultants, analyze market data, and report findings to support compensation and policy reviews.
Job Evaluation & Documentation
• Maintain consistent job analysis procedures in line with evaluation methodology.
• Review and update job descriptions for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate grading and hierarchy placement.
• Maintain job descriptions and evaluation records and related changes for reporting and audit purposes.
Workforce Planning & System Updates
• Support organization design and review processes to align structure with strategy and business objectives.
• Support annual workforce planning, ensuring data consistency and completeness.
• Review and analyze workforce change requests, assess impact, and update approved changes in the system.
• Liaise with HRBPs to document and update organizational and position changes.
Rewards & Recognition
• Administer Milaha’s Reward & Recognition and Service programs.
• Coordinate with departments to implement programs efficiently and as per schedule.
Annual Compensation Processes
• Support the annual increment process, including eligibility criteria, performance data collation, increment matrix design, budget allocation, approvals, and communication.
• Assist in rolling out the annual bonus scheme and ensure accurate disbursement as per approvals.
• Maintain updated records on salary changes and bonus payout for reporting.
Policy & Process Improvement
• Suggest HR policy changes based on market practices, employee feedback, and identified gaps.
• Provide policy advice to HR Operations and Business Partners for consistent application.
• Recommend and support process and system improvements for continuous enhancement.
• Undertake system tests for recommended changes, ensure changes match requirements and support implementation through enabling end users and facilitating training as needed.

Qualifications:
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
Professional Experience:
5 years in organizational compensation and benefits with knowledge of manpower planning
Geographic Experience:
A plus
Computer Skills:
Good knowledge of Office and web applications
Language Skills:
Business fluent English
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
• Good knowledge of reward strategies and data analysis techniques and tools
• Good knowledge of best practices in compensation and benefits locally and internationally
