Job Details

Supervise GRP pipe installation, jointing, lamination, and repair activities.


Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower, tools, and materials.


Ensure GRP works comply with approved drawings, method statements, and ITPs.


Monitor quality of GRP jointing, lamination thickness, curing, and finishing.


Coordinate with QC inspectors for inspections, testing, and approvals.


Ensure adherence to HSE requirements, PTW systems, and use of PPE.


Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for GRP teams.


Identify and resolve site issues related to GRP materials and workmanship.


Maintain daily progress reports and material usage records.


Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and client representatives.



Requirements
  • Diploma / ITI or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, GRP, or related field.


  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in GRP works within oil & gas or industrial projects.


  • Proven experience supervising GRP pipe fitters and laminators.


  • Strong knowledge of GRP materials, jointing methods, and repair procedures.


  • Familiarity with oil & gas HSE standards and site work environments.


  • Should have a valid QID
