Supervise and coordinate offshore steel fitting and structural fabrication activities.
Read and interpret offshore fabrication drawings, isometrics, and specifications to guide fitting works.
Allocate manpower, plan daily offshore activities, and monitor productivity and quality.
Ensure all steel fitting works comply with offshore safety regulations, project specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with welding, QA/QC, lifting, and HSE teams to ensure safe and smooth offshore execution.
RequirementsDiploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
Minimum 5–8 years of offshore experience in steel fitting and structural fabrication, including supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of offshore structural steel fitting, alignment, measurement, and fabrication practices.
Experience working under offshore PTW systems and strict HSE standards.
