• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting and rigging operations at site.
  

  
  

• Prepare and review lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
  

  
  

• Ensure lifting operations comply with project requirements and HSE standards.
  

  
  

• Verify certification and condition of cranes, lifting gears, and accessories.
  

  
  

• Ensure operators, riggers, and signalmen are competent and certified.
  

  
  

• Conduct toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings before lifting activities.
  

  
  

• Monitor lifting activities and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and crane operators during lifts.
  

  
  

• Maintain records of lifting operations, permits, and inspection logs.
  

  
  

• Ensure compliance with PTW systems and client-specific lifting procedures.
  

  
  

Diploma / ITI or equivalent technical qualification.

Valid Lifting Supervisor certification (Qatar Energy / TUV / CITB / equivalent).

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in lifting and rigging operations in oil & gas or industrial projects.

Strong knowledge of crane operations, lifting gear, load calculations, and risk assessment.

Experience working with mobile cranes, crawler cranes, and tower cranes.
