Supervise and coordinate piping hydrotesting activities in accordance with approved procedures and project specifications.
Ensure proper preparation of piping systems, including flushing, filling, pressurizing, holding, and de-pressurizing.
Coordinate with QA/QC, construction, and HSE teams for inspection, testing, and documentation.
Monitor test pressures, identify leaks, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PTW systems, and project standards during hydrotest activities.
RequirementsDiploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in piping hydrotesting activities, including supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of hydrotest procedures, test packs, pressure testing equipment, and safety requirements.
Experience working with QA/QC documentation and client inspections.
