We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) trainee to join our dynamic team in Qatar.
This role is designed for a recent university graduate looking to develop foundational HR skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, assist with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and HR documentation while learning our company’s best practices and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and initial benefits enrollment.
- Maintain and organize employee records, HRIS data entry, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process basic HR-related correspondence and documentation (offer letters, contracts, amendments, and clearance forms).
- Assist with policy administration, training coordination, and development program logistics.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures in a professional and timely manner.
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and initiatives related to employee engagement and culture.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (University/College) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Career level: Trainee; eager to learn and develop HR competencies.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance considerations (familiarity with Qatar labor regulations is a plus).
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems, are preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
