WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Take part in assessing customers business challenges and contribute to providing solutions by optimizing processes utilizing state-of-the-art yet affordable technology
  • Own the customer’s onboarding journey to solutions of choice.
  • Engage with a growing team to shape the direction of our start-up’s journey.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate clients on new features and best practices.
