Human Resources Officer

The HR Officer is responsible to handle all staff-related procedures and assist in creating HR strategies in alignment with the business needs. The incumbent helps function to recommend solutions of people related problems and maximize employee productivity.

It includes assisting in various aspects of employee cycle from time to time i.e. Recruitment, Pre-Boarding and Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, Talent Management, Payroll, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compliance And Policies, Compensation Management, & Administration.


Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or MBA-HR
  2. At least 3 years of experience in the HR Function

  1. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Good knowledge of English (both written and verbal)
  4. Effective influencing skills
  5. Business acumen to deeply understand the organization’s goals, objectives, and culture.
  6. Knowledge of labour laws of Qatar specifically for hospitality industry.
  7. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop solutions that address workforce issues.
