Public Relations Officer

  • The person must be able to prepare applications both Manual and online for all types of work/visit visas, residence permits, medicals/finger, exit permits, Labor card, Employment contract, other company letters NOCs etc. for employees. And renewal of Resident Permit, CR, Trade license, Municipality certificate, Computer card and Mandoop card etc. for Company.


  • Liaising with various Government Departments (Immigration, Labor, Traffic, Municipality) and Agencies to ensure efficient and timely services in order to meet the business requirement.


  • Be up to date with any changes or amendments to the existing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department be informed of such changes.


Skills

  • Should be a Graduate in any discipline with at least 3-4 years of experience as a PRO role in Qatar
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication skills- both oral & written.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Commitment to employer with a high level of integrity & credibility
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Very good Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and immigration procedures.
  • Discrepancy in Job Posting and Moderation Dashboard
  • Should have excellent knowledge of all Qatari, Immigration and Labor Laws and be able to work independently within the time limit.


Other Requirements:

  • *Transferable visa with NOC is a must.
  • *Valid Qatari Driving license.
  • Should be a Native Arabic Speaking Male candidate.
