About the Role

This is a full time on-site role for a Client Care Specialist at SEED in Doha, Qatar. The purpose of the Client Care Team is to be the compassionate and empathetic face of the clinic, offering unwavering support to our patients on their holistic health journey. Client Care Specialists are an integral link between Seed and the outside world.

Responsibilities

Fostering a welcoming atmosphere for patients by:

Actively answering patient queries regarding functional medicine and the different services at Seed (This requires learning the specifics about all our services and operations)

Checking the Lounges to make sure there aren’t any empty water bottles or trash. Should always be neat and tidy.

Seamlessly managing appointments. Ensuring patients book a package of appointments or at the very least their next appointment before they leave the clinic. Ensuring that late cancellations are charged for missed appointments, or pre-pay for their next one.

Managing practitioner schedules in a logical way so that their appointments are well spread out throughout the week as much as possible.

Ensuring availability of brochures, paper cups, gift cards, paper bags and other resource materials for patient use.

Billing and handling patient transactions.
