Employee Benefits Team Leader


Key Responsibilities:

-    Direct and manage technical operations for the employee benefits departments.

-    Supervise the insurance placement process, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.

-    Lead the service team in delivering exceptional client support, efficiently resolving inquiries and issues.

-    Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and the quality of services offered.

-    Liaise with various departments to ensure integrated service delivery and alignment with overall business goals.

-    Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement.

-  Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology to guide strategic decision-making.

 

Qualifications:

-    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Nursing or a related field.

-  A minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong emphasis on roles in technical management or leadership within an insurance brokerage context.

-   In-depth knowledge of employee benefits insurance products and services.

-   Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead teams to success.

-   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

-    Proficient in insurance brokerage software and technology.

-    Strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
