Position: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Crestive is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the service provider industry, specifically in marble polishing and cleaning services, and a proven ability to generate business independently.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Qatar, be well-versed in the local market, and hold a valid Qatar driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Business Acquisition:
• Proactively identify potential clients and secure contracts for marble polishing and cleaning services.
• Develop a pipeline of new clients through networking, cold calls, and other sales methods.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Meet with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Strategic Sales Planning:
• Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to refine service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the marble polishing and cleaning services industry within Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of the service provider industry and local market dynamics.
• Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets consistently.
