Key Experience & Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Lead preparation of annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee resolution of issues with external auditors.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
Operational Finance:
- Support in AR/AP issue resolution.
- Development of reports in relation to AR & AP.
- Provide insights on cash flow, payment trends, and collections performance.
- Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices for automation and technology integration in financial processes.
- Support in system implementation & Migration.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 10 years+ experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting, and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and word.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
