Purpose: Responsible for drafting and review of contractual agreements between the organization and its suppliers.
- Coordinate bid/tender formulating activities.
- Negotiate with suppliers to draw up procurement contracts.
- Formulate and recommend procurement proposals and sourcing and contract management strategies considering business requirements and target savings.
- Serve as the liaison officer to ensure fulfillment of obligations by contractors.
- Maintain contract and agreement documents.
- Evaluate or monitor contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extension of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
- All and other assigned tasks related directly or indirectly to Mowasalat’s Business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management
- 3 years’ experience
