Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for the functioning of all work related to Customer handling at Trade Finance Department.
Key Accountabilities
- Accept and deliver trade applications and documents.
- Follow up on documents not collected by customers.
- Handle document scanning
- Assist customers to complete trade applications.
- Liaise with the trade processing team to obtain completed transaction copies to the customers.
- Assist the processing team on filling documents.
- Attend customers’ calls with regard to Trade.
- AML/KYC guidelines adherence in team.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by superiors of the unit management
