Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for the functioning of all work related to Customer handling at Trade Finance Department.

Key Accountabilities

  • Accept and deliver trade applications and documents.
  • Follow up on documents not collected by customers.
  • Handle document scanning
  • Assist customers to complete trade applications.
  • Liaise with the trade processing team to obtain completed transaction copies to the customers.
  • Assist the processing team on filling documents.
  • Attend customers’ calls with regard to Trade.
  • AML/KYC guidelines adherence in team.
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by superiors of the unit management

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
