We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, managing a team of culinary professionals, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Create and develop innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our diverse clientele.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all food items prepared and served.
- Manage food costing and inventory control to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
