Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure the best fit for client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for various roles and industries.

Skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in headhunting and recruitment, preferably within an RPO environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant education.
- Proficiency in Arabic speaking and excellent communication skills in English.
