Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Job & OD Analyst to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Job & OD Analyst.

The role holder is responsible for preparing job analysis and evaluation and maintaining standardized job descriptions for all Kahramaa employees and organizational design. The role holder is also responsible for supporting management and preparing recommendations on Job Evaluation, JD, and Organization design under the guidance of the Senior Analyst – Organization Development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct job analysis and evaluation to determine job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications.
  2. Create and update job descriptions and specifications for all positions within the organization.
  3. Design and implement organizational development initiatives to improve employee performance and efficiency.
  4. Conduct research and analyze market trends to ensure job descriptions align with industry standards.
  5. Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement compensation and benefits programs.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  7. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding job-related matters.
  8. Identify training and development needs and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create relevant programs.
  9. Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in job analysis and organizational development.

Preferred Candidate:

•Initiates the development of policies, systems and procedures to establish or enhanceKAHRAMAA’S job evaluation program in order to ensure documentation, grouping, evaluation,grading, control and management of all of KAHRAMAA’S positions

•Updates job evaluation and grading standards, such as the Grade Level Matrix, maintenanceof Benchmark Jobs, Job Family Descriptions, etc.

•Develops or updates job evaluation manuals outlining new or proposed improvements toexisting systems and procedures; updates job evaluation forms and distributes them to therelevant job evaluation committee members for notification

•Ensures that all established positions in KAHRAMAA have documented Job Descriptions (JD)and ensures the content of the job descriptions are updated regularly; carries out desk or fieldaudit of positions to ensure validity of job descriptions

•Develops and encourages the use of official Standardized Job Descriptions for positionsacross KAHRAMAA

•Provides general staff-advisory services to KAHRAMAA’S managers on issues of jobdescription and evaluation

•Studies and evaluates the effect of organizational change to individual positions and throughthe concerned manage; initiates the rewriting or updating of affected JDs, and in closecoordination with Officer – Recruitment Planning completes the necessary job evaluation

•Prepares periodic statistical management reports pertaining to prevailing position-average-grade trends to assist KAHRAMAA’S policy makers in devising innovative strategies for the long-term manpower-cost-management

•Keeps in close contact with the appointed consultants that will be responsible for theprovision of their evaluation system and supplies agreed upon data to them for annual audits, ifappropriate

•Prepares oral or written reports or presentations that include graphic representations andstatistical summaries, for the perusal of immediate managers and supervisors or to persuadeclient-managers or supervisors on recommendations

•Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securingand maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification.

•Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in-line withKAHRAMAA health and safety regulations.

Skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources

• Master’s degree in HR is preferable.

• More than 8 years of relevant experience in a similar industry and/or position

• Written and Spoken English and Arabic is preferred.

Required Skills:
