What the role covers
Originating proprietary deal flow through founder, operator and co-investor networks Leading diligence: commercial, financial, technical and reference work Valuation, structuring and term-sheet negotiation support Writing and defending investment memos at ICWorking hands-on with portfolio companies on hiring, GTM, follow-on financing and exit preparation
What they're looking for
2–4 years' experience across venture capital, growth equity Demonstrable early-stage deal experience — completed seed or Series A transactions you can talk through in detail MENA regional background strongly preferred; Arabic is a real plus Strong judgement on founders and markets, plus the writing ability to make a case in a room of experienced investors Entrepreneurial, network-driven, happy operating without a large support layer
