ðŸ”¹ Job Responsibilities* Monitor network performance (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewalls).* Identify and resolve connectivity or performance issues.* Respond to network-related support tickets.* Diagnose and repair network faults (e.g., cabling, switches, routers).* Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.* Assist with setting up new network infrastructure or upgrades.* Configure VPNs, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and other network services.* Implement security patches and firmware updates.* Support backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Nature of Role:The role is for dispatch support. It is an on-demand support like Adhoc or Ticket-based support. The task will be for half day or full day.
