Bab Ishtar Holding Company is looking for a creative, fast, and highly organized Social Media & Content Creator to manage daily content execution across multiple restaurant brands and a hotel. This role focuses on speed, alignment, and consistency, ensuring content follows the approved creative direction and meets deadlines.

Key Responsibilities • Plan and manage the content calendar for all brands, ensuring alignment with campaigns, collections, and brand objectives • Collect and organize creative references for shoots and content ideas • Capture fast-paced content (stories, reels, behind-the-scenes) for restaurants and hotel operations • Manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and daily content updates • Write captions aligned with each brand’s tone of voice • Coordinate with restaurants and hotel teams to schedule shoots based on the content calendar • Support the the Video Producer during shoots when needed • Track deadlines closely and ensure on-time delivery of all content

Required Skills & Tools • Strong understanding of social media content creation (especially Instagram & short-form video & UGC. • Ability to use Cap Cut for fast edits and story-level content • Comfortable shooting content on mobile quickly and efficiently • Basic understanding of photography and videography workflows • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Required Experience & Traits • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail • Ability to work fast and under pressure • Experience handling multiple brands at the same time • Clear communication skills with internal teams • Strong sense of responsibility toward deadlinesz • Experience in food & beverage / hospitality is a strong advantage
