We are seeking a highly experienced Leasing Agent / Real Estate Broker to support the expansion of a real estate portfolio in Qatar. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the local market, strong business development capabilities, and a proven ability to source and secure residential and commercial leasing projects while maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibility Areas – Market Knowledge Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Qatar rental market and its dynamics Monitor pricing trends, demand, and activity across key locations including Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, and West Bay Analyze competitor activities and market positioning Possess sound knowledge of property types including residential buildings, compounds, retail units, offices, and mixed-use developments Maintain familiarity with property management requirements, building facilities, and applicable legal norms
Target Property Segments Residential: Apartments, villas, compounds Commercial: Retail shops, office spaces, showrooms New Developments: Residential towers, mixed-use projects, investment buildings
Compliance & Professional Expectations Ensure full compliance with Qatar real estate laws, regulations, and internal policies Maintain accuracy, transparency, and professionalism in all transactions and client communications Keep all documentation, agreements, and client records properly updated Uphold ethical standards and represent the organization professionally at all times
Qualifications and Requirements5–10 years of leasing or real estate brokerage experience in Qatar Strong track record in securing new residential & commercial projects Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory) Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong knowledge of key areas: Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, West Bay
