In this role, you will drive new business growth across the EMEA region by leading strategic sales efforts and cultivating high-impact relationships with enterprise-level organizations. You will represent a cutting-edge revenue platform, helping customers transform how they forecast, manage, and optimize revenue performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape the sales strategy, influence key stakeholders, and deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs. This is a high-visibility role where you will manage complex sales cycles, close large opportunities, and play a pivotal part in expanding market presence. The position offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and a strong hunter mentality.

Accountabilities

Drive net-new business acquisition by identifying, pursuing, and winning enterprise opportunities across the EMEA region. Build strong, strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to position the platform as a core revenue technology. Deliver compelling product presentations and demos, showcasing the value and capabilities of the solution. Accurately forecast sales activities, manage pipeline progression, and meet or exceed revenue targets. Partner with internal teams such as Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Account Management to support sales cycles and ensure customer success. Stay up to date on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive movements to shape a winning go-to-market strategy. Develop long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, advocacy, and repeatable outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of successful enterprise hunting and closing experience in the Saa S or software industry. Demonstrated ability to manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing large and complex deals. Strong experience engaging with C-suite executives and navigating multi-stakeholder environments. Proven track record of exceeding quotas within high-growth or fast-paced sales environments. Skilled at delivering tailored demos and presentations to senior leadership, directors, and sales managers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills, with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities. High degree of empathy, resilience, and adaptability, with a passion for revenue technology and customer success. Experience entering new markets or territories and building business from the ground up.
