Senior Data Quality Assurance Analyst is one of the main roles within newly established Data Quality Assurance team in CBQ. As a part of that team Senior Data Quality Assurance Analyst’s main focus will be around designing Data Quality policies, standards and best practices and making sure they’re enforced within assigned data domain. Senior Data Quality Assurance Analyst’s will also communicate to various stakeholders in business to define, document and implement Data Quality rules to help monitor and enhance key Data Quality metrics.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with Data Team, PMO, IT, Operations, and Business units to ensure compliance with Data Quality Policies
• Promote Data Quality standards and best practices across various teams including Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Regulatory Reporting, Operations, and Business
• Engage with Data Owners and Data Consumers to gather their data quality requirements
• Develop and document Data Quality policies, standards, and rules
• Implement Data Quality checks using Data Quality Platform and other relevant technologies
• Establish a system of Data Quality metrics and target levels, ensuring they are met and sustained
• Generate reports on Data Quality and oversee Data Quality incident management process
• Investigate Data Quality incidents to identify root causes and liaise with the appropriate teams for resolution
• Monitor and report on Data Quality KPIs within the assigned domain
• Facilitate the resolution of Data Quality incidents by collaborating with Source system owners, PMO, Data Team, and other stakeholders
