JOB TITLE - Customer Service Professional – Philippines

 

DEPARTMENT - Moving & Relocations

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Answer inbound & outbound customer calls and enquiries
  • Arrange shipments as per customers’ requirements
  • Control assigned shipments and provide necessary updates to customers
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing cargo options
  • Actively contribute to marketing campaigns on social media and other channels
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and positive customer service experience
  • Identify and communicate potential service improvements or new services to direct superior by considering current industry trends and market activities
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer and product information
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Day to day co-ordination with cargo collection staff and various shipping & airline companies
  • Complete all tasks assigned as per deadline for each working day
  • Work along with direct superior to achieve best customer experience
  • Update status in the system on a daily basis as per training provided
  • Maintain a polite & calm conversation with customers during telephone calls

 

QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

 

  • High School diploma or higher
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year from a freight forwarding role is necessary
  • Good knowledge of air, ocean and road products
  • Knowledge of English language is necessary (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of Pilipino language is necessary
  • Experience with personal effect shipments is an advantage
  • Strong dispute and complaint resolution abilities
  • Flexibility on working time
