Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Oral Surgeon with expertise in implantology to join our client's Dental Clinics

Chain based in Qatar. As an Oral Surgeon with implantology specialization, you will play a crucial role in providing

comprehensive oral surgical care, particularly in the area of dental implant placement and related procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine the need for oral surgical procedures, with

a focus on dental implant placement and related treatments.

2. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and

patient satisfaction.

3. Perform surgical procedures, including dental implant placement, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and soft tissue

management.

4. Collaborate with other dental specialists, such as prosthodontists and periodontists, to coordinate

multidisciplinary treatment plans for complex cases.

5. Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and research in the field of oral surgery and

implantology, incorporating evidence-based practices into treatment protocols.

6. Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and alternative options related to oral surgical procedures, ensuring

informed consent.

7. Provide post-operative care and follow-up to monitor healing progress and manage any complications that may

arise.

8. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and radiographic

images.

9. Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards, demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all

interactions with patients and colleagues.

10. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience and deliver high-quality care in a

compassionate and empathetic manner.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Dentistry from an accredited dental school.

2. Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.

3. Board certification or eligibility in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

4. Proven experience and proficiency in dental implantology, with a track record of successful implant placements

and related procedures.

5. Strong knowledge of oral and maxillofacial anatomy, pathology, and pharmacology.

6. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

7. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues,

and support staff.

8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

9. Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
