DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep immediate Manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action that may be taken.
• Supervised all staff at all times throughout the restaurant.
• Conducts team meetings, briefings, and training as directed by Management
• Support and assist colleagues in ensuring the highest levels of service to the guests.
• Supervises the level, consistency, and quality of restaurant service within the outlet.
• Supervises all aspects of food and beverage quality, service and hygiene, and keeps management informed of problems/complaints.
• Actively promotes the use of up-selling techniques within the outlet to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
• In the absence of an outlet manager or assistant outlet manager, takes responsibility for operational issues.
• To ensure punctuality is maintained and to report for work as scheduled and on time
• To follow the Company's Policies and Procedures as per the Employee Handbook
• Adheres to all company Safety and Sanitation Policies and Procedures

Qualifications

• Arabic Speaking
• Hotel Management Degree/Diploma
• 2 years of previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisory in 5-star properties.
