Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated Data Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role will be integral in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data across various data platforms and systems. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to implement data quality processes and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and enforce data quality best practices, perform data validation, and design automated data quality tests. Your expertise will help minimize data discrepancies, ensuring that our analytics and reporting tools provide reliable insights to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and validate data originating from multiple sources for completeness and accuracy
- Develop and execute data quality checklists, testing strategies, and automated scripts to ensure high data quality standards
- Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor data quality trends and improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and improve data quality processes
- Provide training and support for data stakeholders to promote data quality awareness within the organization
- Document data quality issues, resolutions, and root cause analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in data quality assurance or a related role
- 5+ years of experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Certifications in data quality, QA tools, or data management (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, ISTQB)
- Proven experience in implementing data validation and quality assurance processes
