JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service

  • Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
  •  Handle inquiries about membership packages, pricing, and benefits.
  •  Efficiently check members in and out of the studio.
  •  Address any issues or concerns raised by members or guests.

Administrative Tasks

  •  Manage class schedules, appointments, and reservations.
  •  Process payments for memberships, classes, and merchandise.
  •  Maintain accurate records of member information, attendance, and transactions.
  •  Monitor and restock supplies as needed.

Facility Management

  • Front desk maintenance
  • Security
  • Equipment maintenance

Marketing and Sales

  • Promotions: Promote studio events, promotions, and membership upgrades.
  • Sales support: Assist with membership sales and renewals.


Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
