Customer Service
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
- Handle inquiries about membership packages, pricing, and benefits.
- Efficiently check members in and out of the studio.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by members or guests.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage class schedules, appointments, and reservations.
- Process payments for memberships, classes, and merchandise.
- Maintain accurate records of member information, attendance, and transactions.
- Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
Facility Management
- Front desk maintenance
- Security
- Equipment maintenance
Marketing and Sales
- Promotions: Promote studio events, promotions, and membership upgrades.
- Sales support: Assist with membership sales and renewals.
