Job Summary:
Aseel Water is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales and a proven track record of leading and motivating a sales team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and supporting the sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the sales team and monitor their progress.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share in the FMCG sector.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Oversee the sales process, including negotiations and closing of deals.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage and allocate sales budgets and resources effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback from customers and the sales team to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Occasional travel within Qatar may be required for client meetings and field visits.
