Job Summary:


Aseel Water is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales and a proven track record of leading and motivating a sales team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and supporting the sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Management:


  1. Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  2. Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
  3. Set clear goals and expectations for the sales team and monitor their progress.


Sales Strategy and Execution:



  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share in the FMCG sector.
  2. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance and identify new opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.


Customer Relationship Management:


  1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  3. Oversee the sales process, including negotiations and closing of deals.


Performance Monitoring:


  1. Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance.
  2. Analyze sales reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  3. Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.


Administrative Duties:


  1. Manage and allocate sales budgets and resources effectively.
  2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, transactions, and customer interactions.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.


Market Research and Analysis:


  1. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  2. Gather feedback from customers and the sales team to refine product offerings and sales strategies.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Skills:

  1. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in the FMCG sector.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.


Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  2. Occasional travel within Qatar may be required for client meetings and field visits.
