About The Opportunity
Role Summary
As an Associate People Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our employees' lifecycle, benefits, engagement activities, and overall well-being. Will work closely with the team to ensure the seamless administration of People operations programs and policies.
What’s on Your Plate?
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, gym, parking…etc.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to organize events that foster a positive work culture.
- Maintain accurate and organized document records, both digital and physical, while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, including final waivers, experience letters, and onboarding documents.
- Utilize HRMS to manage employee data, benefits, and records efficiently.
- Coordinate well-being initiatives, ensuring a healthy work-life balance and addressing employee well-being concerns.
- Manage the clearance process for leavers, ensuring the return of company assets and a smooth transition.
- Support with contract management, payroll, and disciplinary cases.
- Provide support to team members when needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
What you need to be successful
What Did We Order?
- University degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources).
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or People Operations roles.
- Basic experience in using Microsoft or Google productivity tools and services.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with HRMS systems.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.
