- Organize and schedule lab work.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, submit budget recommendations and monitor expenditures.
- Prepare analytical and statistical reports on operations and activities.
- Supervise Instruments Logbooks, Check and Follow-up the adherence to GMP in the Lab, Check the internal and external calibration.
- Timely issuing and reviewing SOPs
- initiate or participate in the validation studies.
- participate in OOS/OOT investigations.
- check all lab results, COA, and records.
- Ensure Safety measures in the lab are conducted properly.
- Prepare & Update Sops, Validation protocols regarding microbiology activities & Other control documentation used.
- Environmental monitoring.
- Participate in cleaning validation, Process validation & hold time valdiation studies & review protocols.
