???? We're Hiring: AI Engineer Intern – Path to Full-Time (On-site – Lusail, Qatar)
CFO Advisory & Accountancy LLC (CFOAI) is looking for a curious and driven fresh graduate to join our team as an AI Engineer Intern at our Lusail office. About Us CFOAI is a Qatar-based Virtual CFO and accountancy firm serving SMEs across Qatar and the GCC. We build technology-enabled financial solutions and are actively integrating AI into our products and client services using Azure AI, large language models, and intelligent automation.
The Opportunity This is a 3-month on-site internship where you will work on real AI projects with real business applications. You will not be watching tutorials — you will be building, testing, and deploying AI-powered features that solve actual client problems. At the end of the 3 months, top performers will receive a full-time job offer based on their technical growth, commitment, problem-solving ability, and overall contribution.

Instead of a salary, we invest in you:Access to Azure AI services, development tools, and cloud environments Hands-on experience building AI solutions for real business use cases Direct mentorship and guidance from senior team members A real portfolio of AI projects you can showcase to any future employer A clear path to a paid full-time position based on your performance What You'll Work OnBuild and integrate AI agents and assistants using Azure AI Foundry Work with large language models (LLMs) for business applications Develop prompt engineering solutions and AI workflows Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and tools Work with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud services Explore and prototype AI use cases for finance and accounting What We're Looking For Fresh graduate with a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related AI-focused program Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, model evaluation) Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn) Interest in large language models, prompt engineering, and applied AIFamiliarity with APIs and data processing Curious, self-driven, and eager to experiment Good English communication skills Must be based in Qatar Nice to Have Graduation project involving NLP, computer vision, or LLM applications Experience with Azure AI services, Open AI API, or similar platforms Knowledge of Lang Chain, vector databases, or RAG architectures Personal AI projects or a Git Hub portfolio Understanding of data pipelines and SQLExposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI agent frameworks Details Location: On-site, Lusail – Burj Marina Tower, 13th Floor Duration: 3 months (unpaid internship with path to full-time employment) Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMWhat you get: tools, resources, mentorship, real projects, and a portfolio — not a paycheck
