نحن نبحث عن استشاري جراحات الأحشاء ذو خبرة عالية للانضمام إلى منشأة صحية رائدة في دبي. يتضمن الدور تقديم رعاية جراحية متقدمة لحالات البطن والأحشاء المعقدة، بما في ذلك الإجراءات الاختيارية والطوارئ. سيقود الاستشاري اتخاذ القرارات الجراحية، ويضمن نتائج عالية الجودة للمرضى، ويساهم في التميز السريري متعدد التخصصات ضمن بيئة رعاية ثلاثية حديثة.
المسؤوليات الأساسية- قيادة التشخيص والإدارة الجراحية للحالات المعقدة من الأحشاء والبطن.
- إجراء جراحات اختيارية وطوارئ متقدمة (فتحية و بالمنظار).
- إدارة حالات الكبد والقنوات الصفراوية والمعدة والأمعاء والبنكرياس والجراحات المرتبطة بها.
- الإشراف على تقييم ما قبل العملية ومسارات الرعاية بعد الجراحة.
- توفير القيادة في الصدمات والطوارئ الجراحية الحادة.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات (أمراض الجهاز الهضمي، الأورام، وحدة العناية المركزة، الأشعة، التخدير).
- المشاركة في الحوكمة السريرية والتدقيق واجتماعات الاعتماد ولجنة الأخطاء والإدارتين.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير السريرية الدولية وبروتوكولات المستشفى.
- توجيه الأطباء الجراحين المبتدئين والمساهمة في التدريب والإشراف.
Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Visceral Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves providing advanced surgical care for complex abdominal and visceral conditions, including elective and emergency procedures. The Consultant will lead surgical decision-making, ensure high-quality patient outcomes, and contribute to multidisciplinary clinical excellence within a modern tertiary care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead diagnosis and surgical management of complex visceral and abdominal conditions.
- Perform advanced elective and emergency surgeries (open and laparoscopic).
- Manage hepatobiliary, gastrointestinal, pancreatic, and related surgical cases.
- Oversee pre-operative evaluation and post-operative care pathways.
- Provide leadership in trauma and acute surgical emergencies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (GI, oncology, ICU, radiology, anesthesia).
- Participate in clinical governance, audits, and M&M meetings.
- Ensure compliance with international clinical standards and hospital protocols.
- Mentor junior surgeons and contribute to training and supervision.
